I’m a Multi-Location Business — How Do I Sign Up?

This article will highlight the steps you need to take when setting up your multi-location business on the Retail Partner Portal.

Step 1: Contact Support if You Have Over 20 Locations

If your business has more than 20 locations, please email success@gladoud.io for assistance with setup.

Step 2: Access the Portal

Once you receive your setup link:

  1. Click Log in with Facebook.

  2. Select Create a group to manage multiple pages.

  3. Choose your group and click Next.

Step 3: Confirm Group Details

  1. Enter your Group Email Address and click Next.

  2. Approve Advertiser Access to enable free Sponsored Advertising campaigns for your Facebook Business Pages.

  3. Enter your Business Display Name and Business Display Locality.

  4. Click Next to complete setup.

Step 4: Start Using Sponsored Advertising

You’ll be taken to the Sponsored Advertising section of the portal.

  • To publish ads, click Approve.

  • If no ads are available, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen for assistance.
