If you receive an advertising campaign through the Retail Partner Portal that you don’t want to publish, you can reject it and provide feedback to your Brand Account Manager.
How to Reject a Campaign
Locate the ad you wish to reject in the portal.
Click the red “Reject” button on the right-hand side of the ad.
A comment box will appear—use this to explain why you're rejecting the ad.
Your feedback helps your Brand Account Manager tailor future campaigns to better suit your business.
